Googled for a while but couldn't find related topics....
My VM (Windows 8.1) has connected to a virtual switch bound to a ConnectX-3 IB VPI adapter, and it only has one synthetic NIC. However, when I enable SRIOV on this NIC, in "Device Manager" of the guest OS I can see both the VF device as well as the "Microsoft Virtual Netwrok Adapter". Is this expected? Shouldn't the MS virtual adapter be replaced by the VF device?
Also, can the VF perform at 40Gbps? The speed of the virtual switch seems to be always 10Gbps so not too sure if this value is only indicative, or its an actual hard limit.
Thanks!
