Issue resolved.

Command given in help is not working in my case.

I used below command and was able to build iso for RHEL-5.9 kernel.

Corrected command: "./mlnx_add_kernel_support.sh -m /root/MLNX_OFED_LINUX-1.5.3-4.0.42/ --make-iso"
