How to create NIC Teaming on 2008R2 via CLI

We Need to create an NIC Teaming von Windows Server 2008R2 silent/unattended/automatically.

We use HP Moonshot M710 Cartridges with Mellanox ConnectX-3 pro Ethernet Adapter (V4.95).

How to create an NIC Team silent? Is there any commandline tool as bacscli?
