I was iSER test again last weekend.
I found some ip confliction on ESXi host farm on my personal lab.
Therefore unique iSCSI protocol's couldn't connect message was gone away that I saw on my ESXi host's log console.
That's my configuration issue not your fault!
I'm waiting updated iSER driver that solved another issues.
Another people in this space also waiting for it, too!
