I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "storage sw".but if if you refer to RDMA target sw such as SCST, ILO or TGT in Linux - in windows it is usually SMB storage solution to handle storage / file-system access
If you refer to RDMA network protocols such as SRP (scsi over RDMA protocol) or iSER (iSCSI Extensions for RDMA) then it is currently not supported within Windows platform at all
SMB Direct Protocol is RDMA based but deployed only on win2012 and above
