There is a weird solution to the Problem:

In BIOS, on PCIe Page, Set: "Above 4G Decoding" to "Disabled". It writes: "Enables or Disables 64Bit capable Devices to be Decoded in Above 4G Address Space (Only if System Supports 64Bit PCI Decoding"

Now mlx4_core starts.

But it leads to a second problem:

When configure esxcfg-module -s "port_type_array=1,2" mlx4_core to set Porttype of Port2 to eth, the ib1 vanishes, but no eth Port shows up. It makes no difference if i just install OFED 1.8.1 or additionally net-mlx4-en-1.6.1.2-1OEM.500.0.0.406165.x86_64.vib

I will start another thread on this problem.
