No way to login to a 4036

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to connect to a 4036 Mellanox Switch IB to change the password. The connection is running through a serial to USB cable and with a Linux ( I do the command : cu -l /dev/ttyUSB0 -s 38400 --parity=none )

I have the right cable and all the boot loader are ok.

But when I have the prompt : " 4036-5344 login :" I can't write anything. (see attachment)

The keyboard not answer.

Do you know why ?
