My apologies, I didn't realize that the firmware was bundled in the Windows Server 2012 OFED package, even though I do recall the warning about OEM firmware / contacting DEll for firmware during install. I'll keeping my fingers crossed I hope the custom firmware on the way will work as expected. Excellent information, thank you!
