As last thing, you can check the CPU utilization as well.
There are comments there when seeing some of these counters increment is normal. If you are using our Ethernet driver, vport_rx_dropped that means that our driver (SW) is too slow. They can go through our performance guide regarding optimizing the server to get best performance.
Regarding the filtered on ConnectX-3 there is only one counter that counts many types of filters. So that needs to be debugged. The best thing if you find out what type of packet is causing the increment and then maybe to be able to reproduce it and work on it.
