Interesting, so it sounds like it's trying to use 192.168.2.9.
"Heurikon" is most likely correct too, as that's how the board shows up in nmap as well:

Are you able to ping 192.168.2.9, or maybe connect to that using telnet/http? You might need to configure the IP address of your second ethernet port to be in the same subnet (eg 192.168.2.10) for that to work.
