Yes, I use FDR Optical cables from Mellanox. Your picture shows a Infiniband HCA (IPoIB) then you must running state SM on one of the direct connected Windows system...:)

Sorry, for the incorrect information. The issue was actually from the previous version not being uninstalled completely. Running the newer uninstall.sh script solved it for me.
